The service
Duets Library provides original website components, assets, interface sounds and implementation notes. Your library account is the source of membership access. The optional Discord community is a companion to the software library.
Memberships and renewal
Essentials is $9/month or $90/year, Pro $19/month or $190/year, and Studio $49/month or $490/year. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access through the paid period.
Plan changes
Upgrades are invoiced immediately and apply after successful payment. Downgrades apply at the next billing date. Failed payments have a seven-day access grace period before paid access ends. Studio members lose shared access when the owner’s Studio entitlement ends.
Accounts and fair use
Use a working email address and protect your sign-in links. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, scrape protected downloads or distribute the standalone catalogue. Studio seats are for five named people. Reasonable download limits protect service availability.
Payments and refunds
Polar processes purchases as merchant of record. Billing records and receipts are available through your account. The first subscription purchase has a 14-day full refund guarantee. See the refund policy for the process and the effect on access.
Content rights
Each item has a licence and source information. Follow the content licence and any upstream notices. No number of future drops is guaranteed. Items may be corrected or withdrawn where necessary; already licensed uses remain subject to their applicable terms.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the library available and maintain backups. Materials require testing in your final project. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact Duets to resolve a problem.
