Account information
We process your email address, display name, sign-in provider identifier and session information to operate your account. Passwordless links are stored as hashes, expire after ten minutes and can be used once. We do not store a password for email sign-in.
Billing
Polar handles payment details, taxes and billing records. Duets stores the provider subscription identifier, server-bound account identifier, plan, status and billing dates so the library can grant access. Card details are not stored by Duets.
Discord connection
Connecting Discord is optional. We request the identify permission and store your Discord user ID to synchronise community roles. We do not request your Discord email, messages or permission to join servers on your behalf. The temporary OAuth access token is not retained.
Collections and workspaces
Private collections are visible to their owner. Studio collections are visible to the workspace’s active members. Workspace owners can see the names and email addresses of their members and invitees. Do not store confidential client information in collection names.
Service providers
The service uses Microsoft Azure for application hosting, Cloudflare R2 and Workers for protected file delivery, Resend for transactional emails, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and Polar for billing. These providers process data to deliver the functions you use.
Retention and requests
Sessions expire after seven days. Temporary connection states expire after ten minutes. Completed delivery jobs are pruned after thirty days; billing and access audit records are retained where needed to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Contact Duets to request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information. Required billing records may need to be retained.
Cookies
We use necessary session and security cookies. This initial release does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Protected preview pages are isolated from the library’s account cookies.
