First purchase
Request a full refund within fourteen days of your first subscription purchase. Contact Duets with the email address used for the purchase and your receipt or order ID. The policy is the same for monthly and annual first purchases.
Renewals and other rights
The first-purchase guarantee does not automatically extend to renewals or later purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain available regardless of this policy. If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us so we can review it.
What changes after a refund
A full refund of the current initial or renewal subscription period revokes that period’s subscription access. Partial refunds and refunds of an older period do not automatically cancel an otherwise active subscription. A refund alone is not treated as a cancellation request.
Returning the payment
Approved refunds are processed through Polar to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the returned amount appears. Cancel renewal separately from your account if you wish to stop future charges.
