Duets originals
An active subscription lets the named account holder use and modify paid Duets originals in personal and client websites. Essentials and Pro cover one named person. Studio covers five named people, including the owner. You may deliver completed websites to your clients.
After a subscription ends
You may continue operating and maintaining websites deployed or delivered before your paid access expired. Keep a record of deployment or delivery. Starting a new project using a paid Duets original requires an active subscription. A copied download alone does not establish an existing project.
Free samples
The ten designated free samples have a separate permanent commercial licence. Use and modify them in unlimited personal and client website projects, including new projects after cancellation, without an active paid subscription.
Keep the library a library
Do not resell or redistribute standalone source, downloads, assets, sounds, template packs or a competing library. Do not share account credentials or use Studio seats as anonymous shared accounts. No rights to Duets trademarks are granted. Keep included licence and attribution notices with the source.
Imported work and references
Imported items retain the upstream rights and notices shown on the item page. A subscription never overrides those terms. A field note is independent Duets commentary; links to other websites do not grant permission to copy their code, imagery, sounds or brand.
Dependencies
Open-source dependencies keep their own licences. The original source and package includes the applicable notices. The right to operate an already delivered website does not grant a right to sell a standalone component.
